Sentifold Gamejam is a collection of small, handpicked games for iPhone and iPad, made by Sentifold Inc. If something is broken, confusing, or missing, we want to hear about it.

Reporting a problem

The more of this you include, the faster we can fix it:

• Your device and iOS version — for example, “iPad Air, iPadOS 26”.
• Which game it happened in, or whether it happened outside a game.
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
• A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one.

Common questions

A game won’t download or start

Games arrive over the air when you pick them, so the first launch needs an internet connection. Check the connection and try the game again from the home screen. If it still fails, write to us with the game’s name — failed deliveries show up on our side, and your report tells us where to look.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: account menu → Erase account → confirm. It takes effect immediately. You can also email us from your account’s address and we will do it by hand. The details of what erasure removes are in the privacy policy.

Where did a game go?

The collection updates itself: new games appear, and occasionally one is retired. There is nothing to update by hand. If a game you loved disappeared, tell us — that is a vote for bringing it back.

How do I get the app?

Sentifold Gamejam is on its way to the App Store. Until it lands, you can browse the games at gamejam.sentifold.ai.
